I must admit, the remote control has to be female, but the nag nag nag reminds me of another about 2 dogs !!!
Just a little hint, you can widen your main table, by reducing the left and right paramaters in the sidebar java, play with it a little but dont save it, always view first, just incase you stuff it up !!!
The "about me" should be at top of the links, it works and looks better, but I'm sure you will get it all sorted. You know you only have to ask !!! (but I know you want .. stubborn, and self resourceful you !!!)

Cazz, That was my next experiment. I learnt early to preview first. HTML certainly is logical & east to follow.
